DC Asphalt Services, Inc will be onsite beginning Friday, March 31, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. performing Asphalt Repairs in parking stalls 8, 12, 47, 82, 104, 105 and 122. Vehicles from these and adjacent stalls must be moved during this time. The cost for the stall repairs will be charged back to the owner’s account to whom the stall(s) belong.
Friday, March 31, 2023 Vehicles in stalls 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 46, 47, 48, 81, 82, 83, 103, 104, 105, 106, 121, 122 and 123 out of stall by 8:00 a.m.
The Asphalt Seal Coat and Re-striping will be conducted in 3 phases starting on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. All vehicles must be moved out of the designated parking lot section during the dates and times noted in the schedule and map posted on the bulletin boards.
Please be sure your vehicle is moved out of your stall no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day work is scheduled for you section. Vehicles that are not removed prior to the start of work on the scheduled area will be towed by VIP Towing Company (495-4845) and neither Ho’omalu at Waikele Association, it’s Board, nor Hawaiiana Management Company, Ltd. or DC Asphalt Services, Inc. will be held responsible for any cost or damages resulting from your vehicle being towed.
We ask that residents work together to accommodate each other during this project. Residents can make arrangements with other residents to use extra parking stalls, if any, or park on the street during this time. The board will allow guest stalls to be used by residents during the term of the asphalt seal coat project “ONLY”. Guest parking will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
